We appreciate that by ourselves we can’t possibly change the world of software development. As well as developing software, we want to help other people development better software themselves, mentoring and consulting.
Our staff are all experienced in agile software development, most often as technical architects or team leaders. They can lead by example, demonstrating technical approaches and, more importantly, showing the discipline and collaborative behaviour that agile projects depend on.
We go into consulting engagements intending to make ourselves redundant – by finding the solution that you need; by transferring technical expertise; and by teaching people what they need to do the work themselves.
