Agile Coaching

Although agile software development has become very well known over the last few years, we find that there’s a vast difference between having a nodding acquaintance with some of technical practices of agile development and having a deeper understanding of the principles behind the practices, and what they mean for a living, dynamic software project. When we’re coaching a team we want to address both levels – we want people to become more proficient in their use of specific practices, but we also want people to understand how to adapt the practices to their specific context, and how to integrate new practices, unique to their team and their project.

We have experience working with developers, with testers, with business analysts, with project managers, and directly with the business stakeholders, so we can offer a variety of perspectives and work in a number of different roles.
